About Our Manufacturing
Our upholstered furniture is manufactured with industrial-grade materials, while maintaining comfort and style. We are so confident in our furniture that we put a lifetime warranty on our frames, foam, and springs.
For our frames, we use 7-ply, industrial-grade plywood giving the finished product lasting strength and durability. These are glued, blocked, and stapled so as to withstand the most demanding of environments. Alder hardwood is used for the arms and spring-rails, both of which are hgh-stress areas.
Our Materials
7-ply CD-PTS plywood provides a durable, lasting frame to every piece of upholstered furniture we manufacture. Minimal voids means that this frame will last the lifetime of your furniture.
No-sag springs are stapled firmly to the frame and horizontally reinforced with wire to distribute weight evenly throughout the springing system.
We use only the highest quality High Resilience urethane foam to ensure your furniture maintains its shape and comfort throughout its life.
